Distinguish work that is waiting for you from work that is retrying or failed, then take the smallest recovery action without losing partial work.

Read the status before restarting
Waiting for you means Edvin needs a specific answer, approval, or review. Retrying means recovery is already scheduled. Failed means the latest execution could not continue and requires attention.
Open the work history
Review the current step, next action, blockers, recorded steps, deliverables, and timeline. Failures and retry attempts are recorded while completed steps and partial outputs remain available.
Take the smallest recovery action
Answer the pending question, reconnect an unhealthy integration, narrow the scope, or retry the failed step when offered. Contact Support with the work link if the preserved state cannot resume.
