Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Edvin.ai (“Edvin”, “we”, “us”, or “the Service”).
By creating an account or using Edvin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Edvin.ai is
Edvin.ai is an AI-assisted work platform that helps users turn goals, documents, websites, data, messages, and business problems into useful outputs such as answers, drafts, plans, audits, charts, checklists, research briefs, and next actions.
Edvin uses artificial intelligence and related tools to help produce work. The Service is designed to assist you, not replace your own judgment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Edvin.ai.
If you use Edvin on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to use the Service for that business or organization.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You may not share your account in a way that allows others to bypass usage limits, safety systems, payment requirements, or access controls.
4. Your content
“User Content” means anything you submit to Edvin, including messages, prompts, files, website URLs, data, instructions, notes, business information, and uploaded documents.
You keep ownership of your User Content.
You give Edvin a limited right to process your User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including generating responses, files, charts, summaries, audits, and other outputs requested by you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload or submit User Content.
5. AI outputs
Edvin may generate text, documents, recommendations, charts, plans, code-like suggestions, emails, or other outputs (“Outputs”).
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before using, sending, publishing, or relying on them.
Edvin does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or other professional advice. If a matter is important or high-risk, you should consult a qualified professional.
We do not guarantee that Edvin will improve your business, increase revenue, increase conversions, prevent job loss, win customers, or produce any specific outcome.
6. Files, websites, and tools
Edvin may allow you to upload files, ask questions about files, analyze data, scan public web pages, draft emails, or run safe internal tools.
You are responsible for the files and data you upload.
You must not upload files or data you do not have the right to use.
Edvin may reject unsupported file types, files that are too large, or requests that may be unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
External actions, such as sending emails or taking action outside Edvin, require your approval where supported. You remain responsible for external actions you approve.
7. Memory
Edvin may offer optional memory features. Memory allows Edvin to remember useful context for future work.
Memory is opt-in. You can review and delete saved memories.
Do not store passwords, API keys, secrets, payment information, or highly sensitive information in memory.
8. Payments and plans
Edvin may offer paid plans, subscriptions, usage-based access, or work capacity limits.
Pricing, features, usage limits, and billing periods are shown at checkout or in the product.
Unless otherwise stated, paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes, and charges associated with your plan.
We may change pricing or plan features in the future. If we make material changes to paid plans, we will provide notice where required.
9. Usage limits
Edvin uses usage limits to keep the Service reliable and sustainable.
Usage may depend on work capacity, model use, files, tools, AI calls, and other factors. We do not guarantee unlimited usage unless explicitly stated in writing.
We may limit, throttle, downgrade, or block usage if your account reaches its usage limits, if the Service is under unusual load, or if use appears abusive or unsafe.
