Connect only the useful source
Open Integrations and connect the tool that contains required context. Gmail can provide inbox signals; Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox can provide or reference workspace files when configured.
Check connection health
A connected label alone is not proof of a working integration. Review its health, account label, and latest successful read or sync before relying on it for important work.
Keep action permission separate
Reading context does not grant permission to send, publish, or mutate. External actions remain constrained by workspace policy, the assignment's authority, and exact approvals when required.
