Activate your AI Operations Assistant

Complete the focused setup, connect Gmail when needed, and activate one useful area of ongoing work in under five minutes.

Updated Jul 14, 2026

What you will have

Outcome

A real active area of ongoing work with company context, cadence, definition of done, autonomy boundary, and required approvers.

01

Add the context Edvin will use

Describe the company, your role, current priorities, reporting cadence, ownership areas, approvers, and sensitive topics. Edvin stores these as operating context and boundaries, not as decorative profile fields.

02

Choose one starter area

Start with Inbox follow-up, Weekly operations brief, or Competitor monitoring. Review the objective, scope, cadence, and definition of done before activation.

03

Connect only the required source

Inbox follow-up requires Gmail. Other starters can begin from workspace activity or public evidence. Connected access never grants permission to send externally.

04

Confirm the first handoff

Finishing onboarding activates the ongoing work and its first bounded outcome in the same system used after launch. Continue in Chat; there is no empty dashboard handoff.

Try it in chat

Use this as a starting point. Add your real goal, source material, and deadline.

Example prompt

Own our inbox follow-up: identify important unanswered conversations and prepare replies, but never send without my exact approval.

More ways to ask

  • Prepare our Friday operations brief from real completed work, blockers, and decisions.

  • Monitor these three competitors weekly and report only material, source-backed changes.

  • Review important Gmail conversations each morning and prepare approval-first replies.

Things worth knowing

  • Start with one visible weekly outcome.
  • Name the person who approves consequential actions.
  • Keep Gmail sending disabled until the team has tested exact approvals.
