Review deliverables and request changes
Inspect evidence and versions, approve the result, or return specific change requests to the same active work.

What you will have
Outcome
A reviewed deliverable whose evidence, revisions, and approval history remain visible and whose definition of done is actually verified.
Inspect the current version
Open the deliverable from Chat, Files, or its related work. Check the content, file reference, evidence items, current version number, and required reviewers before deciding.
Approve or request changes
Approval records the reviewer decision for that version. Request changes with concrete review context; the assignment returns to active work and Edvin receives the feedback automatically.
Verify completion
Edvin creates a new current version and preserves the earlier one as superseded. Completion remains blocked until a deliverable exists, evidence is attached, required reviews are resolved, and the definition of done passes.
Try it in chat
Use this as a starting point. Add your real goal, source material, and deadline.
“Request changes: verify the pricing against primary sources, add the missing competitor, and update the recommendation.”
More ways to ask
“Approve version 2; the sources and recommendation meet the definition of done.”
“Request changes: separate verified facts from assumptions and cite the market-size claim.”
“Add Lisa as reviewer before this report can complete.”
Things worth knowing
- Review the evidence, not only the summary message.
- Change requests preserve the original version and its history.
- Approval does not bypass missing evidence or other completion checks.
