A searchable workspace file with source, indexing, version, review, and related work context available to the team.
Add or connect the source
Upload a supported file to the workspace folder, sync the Edvin.ai Google Drive folder, or link a supported cloud file. Index it when Edvin needs to search or reason over its contents.
Open the canonical file view
Use Files to search, filter, sort, and open a stable file page. The page shows the best available preview, metadata, source, indexing state, review state, and related work.
Reuse it in connected work
Tell Edvin which file to use or open the related work. Edvin-created deliverables keep version and review metadata so a revised file does not erase the earlier proof.
