WHY EDVIN?
A focus on better education for Vietnam
We have witnessed, in these challenging times of Covid, the confusion in education and grave challenges in delivering it to our youth. The whole tutor, student and parent community suffered. That’s when we realized the need for a simple fully integrated platform that helps the above community, especially the tutors who are absolutely crucial for the learning.
Our goal is pretty simple, to play an additional part in the educational journey of the Vietnamese child by creating a one stop comprehensive platform that that helps the whole community teach & learn better, passionately built in Vietnam understanding the nuances of all-tier cities, whether it’s about approaching a difficult subject, excelling a critical exam or adopting a new skill.

OUR STORY
Based in Silicon Valley Heart in Vietnam
Edvin was created in Silicon Valley in 2021 and aggressively moved its R&D Center to Vietnam in 2022. We strongly focus on building a core team as the heart of Edvin, not only good at technical skills but also great at empathy and human-conscious mindset to solve customers and end-users’ problems when developing the platform.
As Edvinians, we connect with product-mindset, productivity and enthusiasm towards education-led technology & product. There’re incoming challenges along the way, but we work in one direction to step by step actualize the end goal - meeting the needs of tutors, students & also parents and more importantly, enabling the Vietnamese child’s journey to university and adulthood.

Vivek is an Investor and Entrepreneur. He formerly served as CEO of Wipro Technologies grew it from a $150 million software business to $1.4 billion.
He was the Founding Partner
of TPG Growth and was on the
EA board.
He is presently an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University.
Prithvi Puttaraju
Founder & CEO
Prithvi is a serial entrepreneur, investor and CEO. Has built multi-million dollar P&Ls in US, India, China, Japan, Vietnam, UK and Israel. He built high powered start-ups in niche and futuristic areas like Data and AI and has exited 3 start-ups.
Deep understanding of the Vietnamese market.
Rakesh Mathur
Founding Board Member
Rakesh Mathur is a serial entrepreneur and start-up investor. He co-founded 10 start-ups, of which 6 were sold to major technology companies.
Junglee was the first exit he made to Amazon. Gupshup.io, a B2B messaging platform. and H2O.ai, an open-source AI platform have become Unicorns.
